The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and its IIIC Cell organised an Environmental Studies Field work trip to Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park (Chhatbir Zoo)located in Chhat village near Chandigarh on 6thApril 2023. The students of 4th semester and three faculty members were part of this environment trip. The purpose of the visit was to make students aware of the forest ecosystem and biodiversity. The students gained knowledge by visiting wildlife areas, variety of species like blackbuck, white tiger, horned owl, and red sand boa, and bird aviary.
