The NCC session was organized by Applied Science Department during SIP (Student Induction Programme) for the new students. NCC stands for the National Cadets Corps and the main aim of NCC is to create an organized, trained and motivated youth. The session started with a small video related to NCC followed by an interaction by our CEC-CGC NCC Cadet Mr. Arpit who gave useful information about NCC to the students. He informed the students that the National Cadet Corps (NCC) fosters the development of leadership qualities among young individuals, in addition to imparting the values of discipline. Additionally, he conveyed that the National Cadet Corps (NCC) plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth and readiness of Indian youngsters across the three branches of the armed forces, namely the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. The students were also provided information regarding the enrollment process for the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
