About Mechnorobs Club
Mechnorobs Club was established in the Department of Mechanical Engineering CEC, Landran (Mohali) with an aim of developing mechanism to organize technical, non-technical and cultural events in the Department. The Club will help to enhance the technical capabilities of the students and provide a platform to showcase their ability and talent so as to enable them to face the competitive current scenario confidently.
Objective of MECHNOROBS CLUB
- To arrange skill-enhancing workshops, quizzes, group discussion, expert lectures, training sessions, and awareness programs. These initiatives aim to enrich students' skills, knowledge, and real-world understanding.
- To provide insights via seminars, lectures, and discussions about the latest developments in mechanical engineering.
- To provide opportunities for students to engage in activities aligned with their interests and abilities.

About Society of Futuristic Mechanical Technology (SFMT) Club
SFMT Club was established on 23rd Sep, 2017 in the Department of Mechanical Engineering CEC, Landran (Mohali) with an aim of organizing technical events, guest lectures, quiz competitions, patent awareness programs. The main motive of the club is to enhance the knowledge profile of the students and to provide them a platform for developing the personality of the student so that they will learn to work in a team. The events to be organized by club will mainly focus on Group Discussions, Quiz contest, various technical events, Patent awareness programs, technical skill development and advanced designing workshops etc.
Objectives
- To organize technical workshops, quiz, expert talks, awareness and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of the students and to provide exposure to real-world insights and experiences.
- Motivate students to work on engineering projects, prototypes, and innovations.
- Encourage students to engage in research projects, publications, and presentations.
