The Placement of the student is the top priority of Chandigarh Engineering College-Landran. There is an independent, very efficient and placement oriented Training & Placement Cell in CEC. This department takes care of both the academic & non-academic training for the students.

To hold on-the-campus placement drives round the year, has become a general practice at Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC). Therefore, it does not surprise anyone that 44 MNCs and major Indian companies recruited the CEC students in 2006 and 52 companies employed the students passing out in 2007. The drive for the Placement of the 2008 Batch is already on and 48 companies have recruited our students before the completion of their degree. Even the Placement of 2009 passing out batch has taken place in 2007 & 2008. 14 leading companies have already visited our campus from beginning of year till now.
